How we will use your information
The Maryland Health Care Commission (“the Commission”) asks for your name, county, and email address to learn about public interest in high quality care at the lowest possible costs.
Giving us this information is strictly voluntary. We will never show your name or email address on our website. You will not be added to any other mailing lists. Please uncheck the “Send me email updates” box if you do not want us to send you any email.
We will count the total number of email addresses in each county and possibly post these counts on our website.
Commission staff and contractors can see your information and count the number of email addresses. A public information act request or state or federal court order can require us to share your information.
